"A Peach is like an Apple with a Carpet on it"

An exhibition that revolves around children's and adults' imagination. It is intended as an invitation to read, draw, associate, and observe

The exhibition "A Peach is like an apple with a Carpet on it" displays drawings and books from female artists. In addition, a reading corner for children and adults is set up and a literacy event for children from the age of 5 will take place in the second week of the exhibition.

In keeping with the theme of children's and adults' imaginations, illustrations and drawings by residents of the Hunzikerareal and a guest artist will be shown. While the portraits and pencil drawings by Alexia Panagiotidis try to preserve breathing and seeing like crystals and thus have a thoughtful effect, the illustrations by Raquel Santos are more associative and narrative - animals travel the world, trees and plants merge in the application of paint. The third position is the very colour-intensive digital drawings by Jolanda Epprecht. They are successful and expressive portraits of important representatives of the art world "Women in Arts".

A highlight of the exhibition will be the literacy event by Sabine Giannoulas - Kukuwaia. Giannnoulas lets children experience stories in a sensual and interactive way. The characters and details from the stories are physically brought to life and can be recreated in a playful, creative and imaginative way. (All places taken!)

In addition to the exhibited works, there is a reading corner for young and old and a drawing table upstairs where visitors can let off steam creatively.

Die Ausstellung "Ein Pfirsich ist wie ein Apfel mit Teppich drauf" dreht sich um die kindliche und die erwachsene Vorstellungswelt. Sie soll zum Lesen, Zeichnen, Assoziieren und Beobachten einladen. Neben einer Ausstellung mit Zeichnungen und Büchern wird eine Lese Ecke für kinder und Erwachsene eigerichtet werden und in der zweiten Woche der Ausstellung ein Literacyevent für Kinder ab 5 Jahren stattfinden.

Passend zum Thema kindliche und erwachesene Vorstellungswelt werden Illustrationen und Zeichnungen on Bewohnenden des Hunzikerareals und einer Gastkünstlerin gezeigt.

Während die Portraits und Bleistiftzeichnungen von Alexia Panagiotidis versuchen, das Atmen und Sehen wie Kristalle zu konservieren und so nachdenklich wirken, bewegen sich die Illustrationen von Raquel Santos eher im assoziativen, erzählerischen Bereich - Tiere bereisen dia Welt, Baüme und Pflanzen verschmelzen im Farbauftrag.. Als dritte Position zeigen wir die sehr farbintensiven, digitalen Zeichnungen von Jolanda Epprecht. Es sind gelungene und ausdrucksstarke Porträts von wichtigen Vertreterinnen der Kunstwelt "Women in Arts".

Ein Highlight der Ausstellung wird der Literacy-Event von Sabine Giannoulas - Kukuwaia - sein. giannnoulas lässt Kinder auf sinnliche und interaktive Weise Geschichten erleben. Die Figuren und Details aus den Geschichten werden physisch zum Leben erweckt und können spielend, gestaltend und fantasierend nachempfunden werden. (Alle Plätze vergeben!)

Zusätzlich zu den ausgestellten Arbeiten gibt es eine Lese-Ecke für Klein und Gross und im oberen Stockwerk einen Zeichentisch, wo sich die Besuchenden kreativ auslassen können.
